Toby (a.k.a. Toby the Tram Engine) was a failed Bio-Fusion experiment. He was voiced by Pauls Vids.
Biography[]
Shed 17 Universe[]
Very little is known about Toby apart from the fact that he was too ill to work on the railway and was put on display with other failed Bio-Fusion experiments during the off-season that were also too unwell to work or were all already dead.
Shortly after the closure of Sodor Railways, he was taken in by HiT Logistics where he was put in a jail along with Merlin and Kevin.
Years later, he was assimilated by Project G-1.

- Toby's CGI model was used in the scenes where he was locked up at Hit Logistics.
